She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Florence E. Hignutt; her husband James E. Mowbray, Sr.; her children, Marcia M. Chambers (Gary), Karen M. White (Philip) of Federalsburg, Debora M. Taylor (Calvin) of Preston, Valerie M. Barham (Jeff) of Columbia, S. C., Robert H. Mowbray (Judy), Kevin D. Mowbray (Diane) of Federalsburg and James E. Mowbray, Jr.; and her brother William Hignutt. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren, thirty Great-Grandchildren and four Great, Great- Grandchildren.
