It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Lee Vickers of Federalsburg, Maryland, born in Millsboro, Delaware, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Vickers and Willis Vickers Sr.; his siblings, Willis Vickers Jr., Harry Vickers, James Vickers, Ella Mae Vickers and Pauline Emory; and his stepson Rodney Pitt.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Vickers of Federalsburg, MD; his children, Machael Robinson of Pahokee, FL, Stephanie Robinson of Wilmington, DE and Tyrone Robinson of Wilmington, DE; his stepchildren, Darlene Hammond, Patricia Pitt, Thomas Pitt of Federalsburg, MD, Charles Pitt (Arletta) of Easton, Danny Pitt of Cleveland, OH, Dorothy Newton and Linda Hearns of Titusville, FL; and his sister Mildred Vickers of Middletown, DE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
