She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Perrine and Uleda Perrine (McCoy); and her former husband Hugh Hall. She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Breeding; her children, Michele Hall, Robert Kenneth Hall, Sr., Tracy Southard and Dawn Seymore; her grandchildren, Robert Hall, Jr., Zachary Hall, Chase Mohr, Natalie Southard and Tyler Loftus; and her close friends, Nicole Stokes and Michelle West. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
