It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dan Edward Walker Sr. of Federalsburg, Maryland, born in Windsor, South Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walker and Ruth Pennington Walker; his wife Ruth McDowell Walker (Bethel Church); his siblings, Ellen, Oscar, Pearl, Inez and Dude; and his pet Spot.
He is survived by: his children, Dan E. Walker, Jr. (Carol), Terri Beauchamp (John), Julia Scudder (Bill) and Nancy Robinson (David Shawn); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Langley (Aaron), Joshua Beauchamp, Sr., Danielle Walker, Robert Scudder (Ruth), Timothy Beauchamp, Nate Robinson and Emma Robinson; his great grandchildren, Joshua Beauchamp, Jr., Dan E. Walker IV, Mavis Greenwood and Noelle Scudder; and his sister-in-law Nancy Narvel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
