With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda F. Coulbourne of Federalsburg, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mitchell and Pauline Beauchamp Mitchell; her son Ralph Mitchell "Mitch" Coulbourne; and her sister Donna Sue Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Coulbourne of Federalsburg; her children, David Windsor of Hurlock, James "Jimmy" Coulbourne, III of Seaford, Deanna Smith of Federalsburg, Jackie Rogers of Federalsburg and Lacie Lea of Blades, DE; and her siblings, Lewis Mitchell of Kansas, DiAnn Short of Greenwood, Robert Mitchell of Seaford, Jaye Clough of Price, Ruth Smith of Federalsburg, Betty Jean Tull of Greenwood and Keith Mitchell of Seaford. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
