It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Rieck McDonald (Federalsburg, Maryland), who passed away on August 12, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rieck and Dorothy Rieck; and her husband John Alton McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Renee Lovell (Coe), Steve McDonald (Claudia) and Diane Bayliss (Rob); her grandchildren, Holly Cerini (Adam), Erika Holecheck (Jeremey), Kayla Scharf (Justin), Lindsay McDonald, Hannah Warfield (Chris) and Mitchell McDonald; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Cecil, Penelope Cerini, Kennedi Scharf and Rhett Warfield.
In lieu of flowers donation in Betty's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
