She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Coulbourne, Jr.; her children, Timothy W. Coulbourne (Linda) of Hurlock, Connie A. Foglesonger (Donnie) of Hurlock, Elizabeth A. Hurley (Robert) of Hurlock and Charles W. Coulbourne III (Shirley) of Hurlock; her grandchildren, T. C. Coulbourne, Mark Coulbourne (Dawn), Christa Tindall (John), Bruce Foglesonger (Karly), Jason Hurley (Bree), Alison Hurley, Chucky Coulbourne and Heather Whaley (Nick); her stepgrandchildren, Thomas Ebling, Sarah Sherman (Ryan) and A. J. Willey; her great grandchildren, Emma, Madelyn, Meredith Coulbourne, L. J. Tindall, Bruce Foglesonger, Coco, Camden Sherman, Riley Hurley, Kenna Clark, Kayden, Charlie Coulbourne, Clinton and Jonathan Whaley; her sister Faye Bramble of Vienna, MD.; and her close friend Charlotte Vickers. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews.
