Weems III (Federalsburg, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, D. C. of Washington and Savannah of Georgia. He was also cherished by his brother; his wife, four children, and seven grandchildren.
