He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Wayne Murphy (Jeannie) of Federalsburg, Merritt Dale Murphy, Sr. of Denton, Karen Sue Lugo (Renee) and Darleen Murphy of Denton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
