It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Carol Dann of Fallston, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Caroline Villacci Ridgeway (Kay) and Fenton Stanley Ridgeway Jr.; and her siblings, Fenton Stanley Ridgeway III, Mark Wayne Ridgeway and Eileen Siemer Schauber.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jon Royce Ridgeway (Susan) of Perdido Key, FL, Judith Ridgeway Brunclik of Millville, DE, Phillip W. Siemer (Alice) of Suttons Bay, MI, Mary Siemer Valliant (David) of Oxford and Janice Ridgeway Ware (Jesse) of Portsmouth, NH.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
Most recently, she utilized online technology to tutor her great nephew throughout the Covid pandemic.
