She was predeceased by: her husband Galen Edwin Moomaw; her sister Alice Shoemaker; and her nieces and nephews, Jack Spencer, Louise Kogut, Carrie Rhodes, Douglass Hepner and Joyce Johnson.

She is survived by: her son Keith Edwin Moomaw; her grandchildren, Lauren Moomaw Nail, Ryan Keith Moomaw and Jordan Robert Moomaw; her great grandchildren, Emma Rose Nail and Owen Alexander Nail; and her siblings, Lawrence Hepner, Beatrice Hepner, Francis Hepner, Vincent Hepner, James Hepner, Lindel Hepner and Sheldon Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Erma's name to Mt. Hermon Cemetery Fund.
