He was predeceased by: his spouse Jacklyn D. Kappus; and his daughter Jacklyn Alice Kappus Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Edward Kappus and Antoinette Catherine Kappus (Meyer); his sons, David Michael Kappus (Elizabeth), Robert John Kappus (Dinah), Jeffrey Jon Kappus (Sandy) and Mark Joseph Kappus (Carolanne); and his grandchildren, Angela, Brian, Jacklyn, Robby, Jeffrey Jr., Courtney Shaw, Kelly and Jack.
