She is survived by: her family Darlene; her husband Stephen Brooks Ramsey of Fallston, MD; her children, James Brooks Ramsey of Phoenix, AZ, Jeffrey Thomas Ramsey (Misha) of Forest Hill, MD and Stevie Brooke Ramsey of Bel Air, MD; her stepson Stephen Andrew Ramsey of Miami, FL; and her siblings, Charles Behrens (Denise) of West Friendship, MD and Shirley Wagner (Michael) of Shrewsbury, PA..
