It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Hax (Fallston, Maryland), who passed away on January 28, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Judith Ann Hax; his parents, Milton Lee Hax and Nellie Blanche Hax; his children, Mary Ann Hax (Stewart Starr), Pamela Vander Wiele (Alan), Teresa Hax Flowers and Charles E. Hax, Jr; his siblings, Nancy Kellner (Frank Jr.) and Lynda Heilman (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Joe and Brittani Phillips.
