He is survived by: his children, Kelly Scarff (Howard), Kevin McComas (Kristie) and Mark McComas (Melody); his sister Nancy Gerding (Jack); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Beck (David), Charles, Caroline, Margaret Scarff, Kristina, Megan McComas, Will McComas (Stephanie) and Jake McComas (Leandra); and his great grandchildren, Hamilton, Margaret Grace, Wells and Jameson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
