She is survived by: her husband William Bumbaugh; her children, Dalton Muldoon, Jared Muldoon, Billy Bumbaugh, Michaela Bumbaugh and Chelsea Bumbaugh-Montez (Enrique); and her siblings, Charlie Carter, Denny Carter and Brenda McNamee. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
