He is survived by: his daughter Lisa M. Churchey of Fairplay, MD; his grandchildren, Renee Ingram (Chris) and Brandon Churchey (Brooke); his great grandchild Makenzie Wolfe; and his sister Eileen Plotner (Norman) of Fayetteville, PA..
