He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ray Kolb, Sr. and Bertie Lorraine Harris (Etzler). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kolb; his children, Ruth "Marie" Kolb (Matt Mauriello) of Chambersburg, PA, Ralph R. Kolb, III (Kayla Hawbaker) of Williamsport, MD and Timothy A. Kolb of Hagerstown, MD; his stepdaughter Kathy Jo McKenzie of Fairfield, PA; and his brothers, Donald Mills (Lisa), Jeff Kolb of Chambersburg, PA and Bo Harris (Wendy) of Boonsboro, MD. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A reception was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 PM.
