He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Maloy and Patsy Maloy (Zigler); and his brothers, Ronald Maloy, James Maloy, Richard Maloy, Bobby Maloy and Donald Maloy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maloy; his children, Tracy Caton (Craig) of Martinsburg, WV and Bub Maloy of Hedgesville, WV; his grandchildren, Christine Carder, Phillip Caton, Carly Cosner (Ryan), Destiny Maloy, Gabby Caton and Brady Caton; his great grandchildren, Ardanna Lane, Bella Cosner, Landon Maloy, Zoey Cosner, Haven Maloy, Pebble Maloy and Ivy Cosner; his sisters, Debbie Smith of Hagerstown, MD and Debbie Lou Green of Hagerstown, MD; his mother-in-law Freda Dayton; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Heimberger and Barbara Malloy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families; lots of cousins.
