He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Leroy "Toad" Kelley and Gwenella Fern Kelley Clay (Hose); and his brother Foster Kelley. He is survived by: his siblings, Hazel Hardison, Dorothy Lewis, Jaunita Kelley, William F. Kelley, John E. Kelley and George E. Kelley Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
