With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irvin Eugene Starliper of Fairplay, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Starliper; his siblings, Lola McCubbin, Lester, Jack and Dave Starliper; his nephews, Edward and Gary McCubbin; and his granddaughter Kristy Buhrman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mary Starliper; his children, Jay Starliper (Donna) and Kimbra Buhrman (Roger); his grandchildren, Travis Starliper (Megan), Jaimee Schrimsher (Josh), Bethany Starliper, Brandon Starliper and Randy Buhrman, Sr.; his great grandchildren, Rory, Stella, Ian and Randy, Jr.; and his great-grandparent Eliza. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
