He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Victor and Catherine Marie Finnegan Toloso. He is survived by: his wife Christie Lee Milburn Toloso; his children, Daniel Edward Toloso, Jr. (Charlene), Trisha Payne (Carl), Robert Toloso (Sun), Heather Boyce and Brandon Toloso (Shayla) of Fairplay, MD; his stepchildren, Joshua Farley of Fairplay, MD, Jamie O'Connell (Chastity) of Williamsport, MD and Ashley O'Connell of Boonsboro, MD; his siblings, Jennie Palmarozzo, Rita Territo, Robert Toloso, Michael Toloso and Artie Toloso; and his grandchildren, Sophia Johnansen, Liam Johansen, Olivia Johansen, Anthony O'Connell, Brantley O'Connell, Miami O'Connell, Danny Toloso, III, Joey Toloso, Catherine Payne, Kari Payne, Ashley Boyce and Brian Boyce. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
