He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Woodston Brimer, Sr. and Louise Jones Brimer. He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Evans Brimer; his children, Jessica Clayton (Matt) of Crisfield and Troy Brimer (Karrinea) of Delmar, MD; his sister Peggy Evans of Ewell; his grandchildren, Chandler Clayton, Mackenzie Clayton, Landon Brimer and Rhys Brimer; and his nephews, Lenny Evans, Jr. and Darren Evans.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Ewell Volunteer Fire Department or Ewell United Methodist Church.
