It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian May Bowser (Essex, Maryland), who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother James N. Hart, Jr.; and her mother Ruth May. She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Vaughn Bowser, Sr.; her children, Leslie Vaughn Bowser, Jr. (Kathy Biscotti), Sandra May Bowser (Bruce Simon) and Sherry Jean Bowser; her close friend Tom Neubauer; her grandchildren, Jason Bowser, Daniel Bowser, Benjamin Bowser, Stacey Miller, David Conrad of Kristy Fiske, C. J, Hamilos and Julia Hamilos; and her sister Barbara Jean Hart. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and friends.
