Cook; her daughters, Jill Schmidt (Keith), Jennifer Hoffman (Scott) and Jessica Cook; her grandchildren, Jordan, Keith Jr., Cole, Jake, Brooke, Brynn, Nicholas and Benjamin; her great grandchild Owen; and her sibling Rusty Sawyer. She was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
