He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna Benedict; and his parents, Francis Benedict and Ann Benedict. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Deanna Simmons (Paul) and Melissa Harman (Ryan); and his siblings, Ann Kerns (Jack), Denise Andrews (Bill), Ronald Benedict (late Sharon), Sharon Birchfield (Tony), Frank Benedict (Brenda) and Mary Klausmeyer (Brian). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bruzdzinski Funeral Home (1407 Old Eastern Ave, Essex, MD 21221).
