He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sally Horsey; his children, Cindy Mattheiss, Michelle Bromwell, Meghan Bromwell, Nikki Bromwell, Tiffanie Bromwell and Taylor Bromwell; his grandchildren, Justin Bromwell, Scott Mattheiss, Madilyn Pytrykow, Kaelyn Pytrykow, Brandon Pytrykow, Brooks Montgomery and Nola Zahradka; his great grandchildren, Henley and Gaige Bromwell; his parents, Margaret Bromwell, and James E. Bromwell, Jr.; and his grandson Steven.
