He was predeceased by: his spouse Virginia June Baugher; and his child Terrie Lutz. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Mitchell-Foster (John), Ralph R. Baugher Jr. (Colleen), Christopher, Jennifer, Aaron and Travis; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Timothy James; and his siblings, Elwood Baugher, Eugene Baugher and Betty Jane Baugher. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
