She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerard Carter and Katherine Carter of Scranton, Pennsylvania.; her husband Richard Joseph Bielski; and her children, Richard Alan of Weston, FL, Karyn Patricia of Crawfordville, FL and Lisa Ann of Carney, MD.. She was also cherished by her husband, three children, son-in-law, 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
