He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brooks; his children, Dax Brooks (Nashea), Megan Kennedy (Antonio), Gerald Imes (Dennice) and Sidney Brooks (Jasmin); his mother Kathleen Bowen; his siblings, Warren Brooks (Kitty), Eric Brooks (Darlene), Jewel Logan (Johnny), Keith Keel, Bertram Bowen, Almira Bowen and Vonita Brooks; and his grandchildren, Dana, Damia, Danae, Janice, Katelyn, Matthew, Devin, Dyllan, Brian, Bryson, Sidney and Sage. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
