She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Cook; and her parents, Samuel Williams and Irene Qualls. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Jacobs (John), Lora Stepan, Shaun Cook, Holly and Ryan. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
