He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Rund and Anna Rund; his son David Allen Rund, Sr.; and his siblings, Patricia Kwiatkowski, Catherine Berkeridge and George D. Rund.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rund; his grandson David Allen Rund, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jordan Rund, Derrick Rund and Arianna Rund; his brother Herbert Rund, Sr. (Nina); and his sister-in-law Pamela Rund. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex (300 Mace Ave, Essex, MD 21221). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (7225 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224).
