She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Smith and Jeanette Smith (Pratt); and her siblings, Suzanne Murray (Smith) and John Smith. She is survived by: her husband Edmund Welsh, Jr.; her children, Mark Welsh (Robin) and Melanie Welsh Brilhart (Michael); her grandchildren, Amanda, Alex and Max Brilhart; and her siblings, Debra Miller (Andrew) and Steve Smith (Dawn). She is also survived by family members, friends and her granddogs.
