Ella Justine Blackburn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2025, at the age of 94, Ella Justine Blackburn of Essex, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lowe and Hassie Lowe; her husband Reed I. Blackburn; and her daughter Linda Hooper. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Austin Hooper, Chase Hooper, Dylan Hooper, Ashlind Gould and Logan Stulock; and also, Ellyn Hooper, Laura Hooper, Ed Gould, David Hooper, Kim Huffman, Sarah and George Stulock. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex (300 Mace Ave, Essex, MD 21221). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Holly Hill Memorial Gardens (10201 Bird River Rd, Middle River, MD 21220).
