She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Vaughn and Gladys Vaughn; her husband Michael Causey; and her sister Sandra Kleman. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Cathy Oxley, Thomas Robertson, Dawn Fischer, Ricky Vaughn and Karen Brooks; and her brother Albert Vaughn. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Dorothy's memory to the American Cancer Society.
