She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Hessong and Evelyn Hessong; her husband Mark Simmons; her sons, Jarod and Chase Simmons; and her siblings, Steven C. Hessong (Robin) of Chambersburg, PA and Jeanne A. Endrikat (Hans) of Manassas. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
