He is survived by: his children, Shirley Bohn, Dorothy Kelly, Alanna Miller, Rodney Shifflett (Sherry) and William Shifflett (Lindsy); his grandchildren, Cristi Brohawn, Steven Bohn, Raymond Bohn, Korynn Elliott, Cody Miller, Kyle Miller, Savanna Miller, Ryleigh Miller, Matthew Kelley, Neal Kelley, Summer Eastridge, Sydnie Shifflett, Brody Shifflett, Autumn Shifflett, Bradley Shifflett and Levi Shifflett; and his daughter Doris Smith (late Forrest "Smitty" Smith). He is also survived by his family and friends.
