She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fink and Daphinia Fink; her husband James R. "Dick" Harper (Dick); and her sons, Anthony G. Harper and Timothy M. Harper.
She is survived by: her son James Harper Jr. (Jamie); her grandchildren, Mathew, Michael, Stephen, Icee, Tyler, Andrew, Devin and Rachel; and her siblings, Barbara Marshall (Dennis), Susan Dennison (late Denny), Charles Fink, Jr., Janet Joynes (Philip) and Deborah Myers (late Jerry). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex (300 Mace Ave, Essex, MD 21221). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Connelly Funeral Home (300 Mace Ave, Essex, MD 21221). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Holly Hill Memorial Gardens (10201 Bird River Rd, Middle River, MD 21220).
