It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Steo of Emmitsburg, Maryland, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sebastian and Theresa Steo (Carucci); and his son Damian Steo. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Steo (Merkiel); and his children, Austin Steo of Emmitsburg, Leah Huston and Mark Steo (Jane) of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
