It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wallace Rockwell (Emmitsburg, Maryland), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 22, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace L. Rockwell and Sarah Annette Rockwell (Layton); his son Todd L. Rockwell; his granddaughter Sarah Rockwell; and his sister Naomi Mullen.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rockwell (Frend); his sons, Vance L. Rockwell of Westminster and Keith W. Rockwell (Heather) of Walkersville; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Jessica Rockwell; his sister-in-law Yvonne Balsamo; and his cousins, Kathy Heaps, Richard Bowie and Trisha Layton. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
