He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace L. Rockwell and Sarah Annette Rockwell (Layton); his son Todd L. Rockwell; his granddaughter Sarah Rockwell; and his sister Naomi Mullen.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rockwell (Frend); his sons, Vance L. Rockwell of Westminster and Keith W. Rockwell (Heather) of Walkersville; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Jessica Rockwell; his sister-in-law Yvonne Balsamo; and his cousins, Kathy Heaps, Richard Bowie and Trisha Layton. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
