She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Brown and Hilda Smith Brown; her husband Clarence A. "Pete" Rogers; her siblings, Irene Stotler, Donald Brown and Leon Brown; and her grandson Jason Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Stely, Roxann Welch (Harry), Penny Long (Robert) and Cathy Dove; her brother Ray G. Brown, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Carla Stely, Jessica Stely, Melissa Scheetz (Welch), Cynthia Chambers (Welch), Nicole Welch, H. Matthew Welch, Robert Long IV, Sandra DeBerry (Long), Daniel Rogers and Raymond Dove.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Thurmont (104 E Main St, Thurmont, MD 21788). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
