She was predeceased by: her parents, William Matthews, Sr. and Frances Matthews (Ott); and her brothers, William Matthews, Jr. (Nancy) and Gary Matthews. She is survived by: her husband John A. Topper; her son Jacob Topper (Angie) of Littlestown, PA; her brother John Matthews (Joan) of Frederick; her sister-in-law Violet Matthews; her granddaughter Amber Lefever (Randy Griffin); her great grandchild Gianna Rose Griffin; and her grandson Joshua Lefever of Littlestown, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
