She was predeceased by: her husband Roman A. Kadlubowski; and her parents, Simon Karpook and Mary Karpook. She is survived by: her siblings, Fred Karpook, Nicholas Karpook, John Karpook, Russell Karpook and Lawrence Karpook; her sons, Raymond Kadlubowski (Betty) and Stephen Kadlubowski; her grandchildren, Bryan Kadlubowski, Lauren Kadlubowski and Brent Kadlubowski; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Sydney and Alyssa Kadlubowski.
