It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Stambaugh (Emmitsburg, Maryland), born in Clarksville, Maryland, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Hickey and Virginia Cheeks Hickey; her brother Dale Hickey; and her sister-in-law Shirley Hickey-Ruth. She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Stambaugh; her son Joseph Stambaugh Jr. (Amy) of Taneytown, MD; her grandchildren, Hayden Stambaugh, Brady Warner, Nevin Stambaugh, Cory Stoner and Audrey Stambaugh; her great grandchild Jase Warner; and her sister Linda Hook (Ron) of Union Bridge.
