It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Julia Eardley of Emmitsburg, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Griffith (Imes) and Lyle Griffith; her husband Clifford Ellsworth Eardley "Cliff"; her brothers, Robert and Jackie Griffith; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Chapman (Malachowski).
She is survived by: her cousin Kathy Hose; her children, Barbara Falco, Sondra Dorsey (Steve), Cammie Growden, Joseph Malachowski and John Malachowski (Karen); her grandchildren, Shay Dorsey, Matt Dorsey (Kandyce), Tyler Growden, Hailee Longacre (AJ), Noah Growden (Crystal), Jack Malachowski, Garrett Malachowski and Logan Malachowsk; and her great grandchildren, Daphne, Joel and Calvin Longacre. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
