Shields of Emmitsburg, Maryland, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sixx and Emily Sixx (Valentine); and also, Dale, Sr. and Mary Helen Shields (Peck). She is survived by: her husband Dale Shields, Jr. of July; her children, Jeremiah Shields of Fairfield, PA and Rebecca Cichocki of Walkersville, MD.; her sisters, Kathy Sixx (Andy) of Walkersville and Bonnie Sanders (John) of Rocky Ridge; her nieces and nephews, Travis of Fairfield, Marrie of Fairfield, Taylor of Fairfield, Benjamin of Fairfield and Vanessa of Fairfield; and also, Diane Wivell (Steve), Joyce Engelstatter (Gerolf), David Shields (Mary Anne), Stephen, Mary Fran, Jennifer, Julie, Markus, Kathy, Caroline and Kimberly.
