We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Leonard Edward Forrence (Emmitsburg, Maryland), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Forencewicz and Stefania Forencewicz; and his daughter Margaret Forrence. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Christopher Forrence, Alexander Forrence (Anjali), Adam Leverette and Shepherd Leverette; and his great grandchild Lily Forrence.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you instead consider a donation to Seton Center Inc. or Mother Seton School, both in Emmitsburg, or to the charity of your choice.

“Please accept my sincere condolences and deepest sympathy for the loss of your Father Len Forrence, my dear friend for many years and prayer partner. I am so sorry that I just found out about Len’s passing into eternal peace. He used to come to our house of prayer for over twelve years to pray every week. He also traveled with my late prayer brother, Paul Scheurich, OCDS, to Frederick, MD for their Carmelite meetings. I have been in the hospital and four different rehab facilities this year.”
