It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Keepers (Emmitsburg, Maryland), born in Hanover, Maryland, who passed away on March 13, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Bernard L.. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Keepers; her parent Helena T. Neiderer (Stonesifer); and her children, Susan Sanders of Greencastle, Tim Keepers of Greencastle, Chris Keepers of Greencastle and Holly Lovelace (Rob) of Hanover.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations in memory of Joan may be made to Emmitsburg Osteopathic Primary Care Center (EOPCC), 121 W. Main Street, Emmitsburg, MD 21727.
