Jimmy Glass Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Glass of Emmitsburg, Maryland, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit George and Della Lauretta Glass (Gladhill); his siblings, Billy Glass, Carolyn Coshun and Patty McGlaughlin; his son-in-law William Wagerman; his brothers-in-law, Robert Mumma, Fred Stambaugh, Morris Baker and Leroy Coshun; and his nephews, William Usilton and Kermit McGlaughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Glass (Wetzel); his children, Brenda Myers (Steven) of Carroll Valley, PA and John Glass (Tammy) of Emmitsburg; his siblings, Betty Ann Mumma, Velma Stambaugh, Nancy Baker, Gary Glass (Wanda), Larry Glass (Sue) and Mike Glass (Barb); his grandchildren, Chris Wagerman (RaeAnn), Courtney Abrecht (Craig), Ashley Glass and Jonathan Glass; and his great grandchildren, Colby, Lily, Brody, Jake and Calvin.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private funeral service for family members will be held at Tom's Creek U. M. Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tom's Creek U.M. Church, 10926 Simmons Rd., Emmitsburg, MD 21727.
