He is survived by: his parents, Ira F. Cutler, Sr. and Roxey E. Andrews; his stepfather Willie Andrews; his daughter Elaine; his siblings, Bill Lundy of Gettysburg, Tonya Shultz of McSherrystown and Andrea Cutler of Baltimore; and his nephews, Damian and Marcus Lundy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
